The receiver top tang is marked “400 – 07911” and the underside of the receiver is marked “Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc.? On the inside of the fore arm “L” has been stamped into the wood in two places and there is a brass colored Ruger eagle medallion ahead of the latch on the underside of the fore arm. The right side of the barrels both above and below the ejector are marked “SKEET”.
